My biggest challenge is time.
My biggest challenge is following the crochet pattern. Being new to crocheting, and teaching myself doesn’t help! As with anything, practice, practice, practice!
My biggest knitting and crochet challenges are keeping the tension even and consistent. It requires great concentration. I envy those whose needles just fly away while they’re watching TV or talking. Knitting and crocheting require my undivided attention when I do them.
My biggest problem with sewing & quilting is I like too many patterns so have soooooo many projects to do.
Organization is my biggest challenge
“My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is what to do with my leftovers that are not enough to make another outfit with. And that when I go to the store for fabric they never have small pieces and I have to get more than I need.
My biggest crochet challenge is getting the right gauge. I avoid a lot of patterns that have to be a specific size when finished.
My biggest challenge is having more time to do my fav hobby!! Thanks!!
My biggest challenge is organization.
My biggest challenge while knitting or crocheting is finding the needle size to make an accurate sized finished product that fits.
My biggest challenge while knitting or crocheting is finding the needle size to make an accurate sized finished product that fits.
My biggest challenge is sewing on knits so they don’t ripple or look funny. Love to sew for others but not always have the time or energy to do what I want in the craft department. Would love to see knit patterns that can easily be converted to a knitting machine pattern.
“My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is ….Just getting started, I think I have just to many choice of cool patterns and wonderful fabrics
My biggest challenge in sewing and knitting is staying organized and clutter free while in the midst of projects!
Sewing specialty fabrics. Even after taking the course, I still struggle, especially with stretch mesh and satin.
My biggest sewing, knitting or crochet challenge is straight lines when topstitching. I am so eager to finish my project that I go too fast. I do try to slow down but it’s not my nature. Hee Hee!
My biggest challenge is finding time to sew…and I am retired!
My biggest challenge is getting started. My mind builds obstacles I have to get over before I can get anything done at all.
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is sewing with knits on teeny doll clothes!
My biggest sewing, knitting or crafting challenge is seeing way too many projects that I want to create. I want to do everything, but realistically I know I can’t. I have a top projects notebook where I put patterns and ideas for what I want to make next. Some projects stay until they are done but others get moved out after I decide they are not making me excited about them anymore.
My biggest challenge in my sewing and needlework is finding a place to store my fabric and tools.
My biggest sewing, knitting or crocheting challenge is the fit of the final product – it’s either too small or too big – tough to get the fit just right!
My biggest challenge is getting to it. Deciding where to start
My biggest sewing challenge seems to be finding enough uninterrupted time to work on my projects. It’s a treat when I can spend a block of time to sew and hopefully create something that brings me pleasure.
….is working up the energy and focus when I finally find the time!
My biggest challenge is staying organized. I spend good sewing time searching for the fabric or accessories I know I have.
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is following a pattern successfully. I’m fine with sewing. I can do the different stitches for knitting and crochet but can’t seem to follow a pattern to make anything. I can wing it but can’t follow the pattern. Go figure.
My biggest challenge is finding a fabric to use that matches my imagination.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding time to sew.
Love all the outfits and patterns!
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is sewing with knits
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is I always buy extra to make sure I have enough and what I do have left is not enough to finish making a second project. I go back to get more and they no longer have the same color.
My biggest challenges are finding homes for my finished projects and getting started. Does anyone know of a charity that could use 15 – 20 knitted scarves? And some doll clothes?
My biggest challenge is learning to use a crochet hook correctly.
My biggest challenge is maintenance on my sewing machine. I dislike paying for a repair person to do something I think I should be able to do myself. Wonder if I could find a class on simple repairs.
My biggest sewing challenge is time.
My biggest sewing challenge is to not overcommit my time for sewing for others. As soon as people learn that I sew, they all want me to sew projects for them: alterations, garments for people, doll clothes and stuffed animals, and the big one — quilts. I love doing things for others; but sometimes, their projects stack up and take up all of my time. My poor family ends up not getting a single handmade item for the year. This next year, I have promised my family members that they will each get something special that I design and make for them. The challenge will be to stay on track to keep that goal in mind all year. Lol! We’ll see how that turns out. :)
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is time to do all the projects I want and organization of supplies so I can find them.
There is never enough time. The next project is always waiting in my head.
My biggest sewing, knitting and crocheting challenge is to get in the mood to finish the WIPs!
My biggest challenge is to make the outfits when I get the patterns, I seem to procrastinate instead of sewing them right away. I’m a pattern hoarder. I love to look at the patterns and get ideas.
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is finding time to work on my projects. Ah! So many projects, so little time!
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the fabric with the weight/color/fiber content to create what I envision.
Knitting or crocheting-can’t do either!
My biggest challenge is putting zippers in crochet doll items. They end up askew.
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is to find enough time to complete all the projects I want to make!! I’ll have to live to be 150 years old at least!!
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the time to sew all of the doll clothes as fast as my mind dreams up new projects/doll outfits!!
My biggest sewing challenge is getting everything done that I want to do.
My biggest sewing, knitting or crocheting challenge is needing to like the finished project without getting the want to tear it apart to start all over
My biggest sewing challenge is two things. Doing machine button holes and sewing in zippers that look professional.
My biggest sewing challenge is trying not to buy too much fabric.
My biggest challenge is putting together some thing I see in my mind
My biggest sewing challenge is finding a toolI I just had a few minutes prior to needing it again!
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is choosing which of the multitude of patterns I’ve collected since 2014 to sew first!
My biggest selling challenge is selling fast enough to try all the wonderful new patterns I have.
“My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is not losing the little pattern pieces as I make my mess cutting and putting the pieces together…I am forever saying…What did I do with that bodice piece? did the dogs chew it up?’..thank goodness I save each Pixie Faire pattern in my docs so I can reprint the pieces!!!
My biggest sewing challenge is putting zippers in the doll clothes. They just do not satisfy me when I am finished with them. More times than not, it goes in the trash.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding time to sew all of the wonderful patterns that I have obtained from Pixie Faire!
My biggest sewing challenge is altering the shoulder and armhole areas when the finished dress or top is too big or too small.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding more time.
My biggest sewing challenge is no longer having a sewing machine! I would love to have another, but to get the quality I had for a decent price would be difficult.
My biggest sewing challenge currently is working with my serger – I can do straight seams fine, but those curves are making my head hurt!
My biggest sewing challenge is to keep my sewing room tidy from one project to the next.
My biggest sewing, knitting or crocheting challenge is time. I have a very busy life & finding time is my #1 challenge.
My biggest challenge is adjusting the size of the pattern and getting the fit right.
Trying to decide which project to tackle next.
My biggest sewing, knitting or crocheting challenge is putting the final touches on the outfit. I hate sewing on buttons or snaps so sometimes it will set for a few days until I finally make myself sew them on. I use a lot of hook and loop closures just for this reason and because they are much more kid-friendly.
Trying to decide which project to tackle next.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding suitable fabrics for doll clothes. Also, finding the time to sew once I do.
My biggest sewing challenge is keeping everything in its place. I sometimes set the timer for fifteen minutes and make myself fold fabric or put items away.
My biggest crochet challenge is not losing my place in the pattern.
My biggest sewing challenge is keeping sewing supplies organized on a daily basis.
My greatest challenge is SEWING in zippers. My crochet challenge is keeping the gauge.
My biggest challenge is getting started. I have the time. I have the patterns. I have the fabric. I go to Pixie Faire Marketplace or Pinterest to get inspired and the kick in the butt I need to get started.
My biggest sewing challenge is turning tiny items right side out.
My biggest challenge is trying new fabrics. I have some very nice fabrics I would like to use in my sewing, but I’m afraid to use them. I don’t want to screw up and waste the fabric. If that makes sense
My biggest sewing, knitting and crochet challenge is finishing! I have what feels like a room full of UFOs waiting for the “finishing fairy” to swoop in.
My biggest sewing challenge is creating patterns for special orders. I am learning and it is getting easier.
My biggest sewing challenge is trying to organize the files on my computer so I can find and start a project when the inspiration hits.
My biggest sewing challenge is hems, I recently bought a used coverstitch at an auction and haven’t had time yet to learn how to use it. I guess my second challenge is time as I work 3 jobs and there is never enough time for anything.
My biggest challenge is deciding which of the wonderful patterns to try next.
My biggest knitting and crocheting challenge is arthritis in my hands. My biggest sewing challenge is making costumes without patterns or altering the pattern to incorporate something the person I’m making it for wants.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding fabric in the right scale for doll clothes. I live in a small town in a rural area with the closest metro area 180 miles away.
My biggest challenge is the cleaning up after completing a project. I have plenty of storage space and dh found and then made a second spool and bobbin rack. I’ve got all sorts of things that organize my stash and notions, but after the fun of making something is the chore of putting things away. I need some elves, or staff, since the cats don’t pick up after me.
My eyes are bigger than my ….., so my fabric & yarn stash are overwhelming. Going to try to control that this year.
My biggest crochet challenge is being able to keep my tension correct.
My biggest sewing challenge is time.
My biggest challenge is to find the time to do all the sewing I want to do. We need more hours in the day!
My biggest challenge right now is time and trying to decide what my next project should be. Second would be finding the right fabric.

Being brave enough to try to make button holes
My biggest challenge is finding the time to sew! With 5 kiddos, my sewing time is quite limited.
My biggest sewing challenge is a balance in my time. Sewing is more fun than housework. I also have many great ideas and plans, but find it hard sometimes to just start them.
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is finding more time to do these things!

my biggest challenge is accepting that everything doesn’t have to be perfect!
