My favorite holiday tradition is spending the time with family, and enjoying a big meal together, which I have always been careful to make everyone’s favorites. The best is when we’re done eating and just talking and my kids (who are now adults) always bring up memories from years past and laugh about them. This is the time that can be very interesting as one of them brings up something from years ago that I never knew about that would have gotten them into big trouble. Funny how they keep those memories all these years and finally talk about them knowing they can now laugh but no longer get into trouble for those things.
The most favorite tradition is the time spent with my family each holiday season, even if not on Christmas Day, but soon before or after.
