Are they modern girls, is so which style do they prefer (boho, rocker, sporty, etc)? We'd love to know! To enter today's giveaway - simply respond to this post and complete this sentence:

My favorite era would be the 60’s and 70’s when I was younger. I do also really like clothing from the 50’s as well however.

I would love to see patterns from the 20s, my mother’s era when she was a young woman in college and then teaching. She had great flapper style clothes that my sister wore in the 90s. .
My favorite era of clothing and fashion is… childrens clothing of the 1920s and 1930s. I’d love to see a pattern for some of these incredibly intricate shapes with unique button panels and inset gathers, etc.

I have a little neighbor girl who would absolutely love to have this doll and doll clothes.
I think my favourite clothing era is the 1950’s. The clothing back then had a broad variety, full flowing dresses as well as pencil skirts and pants, modest but feminine. Some of these designs are making their way back in today’s fashion.

Besides my dolls. I love family history! I do not name my dolls, but I name their costumes….hence, meet Patience Brewster, a Pilgrim, and her brother, Wrestling! Also, Soldier Boy and Miss America, I am working on Sir James Stewart, the Black Knight of Lorne, and his horse….so any and all historical costumes are exciting for me. Last Christmas, I made the Laura Ingall’s dresses for all three of my granddaughters. Thanks!

My favorite fashion era is 21st Century, Contemporary. I’d love to see patterns that mimic current retail so that my little girl and her doll can sometimes haev matching outfits.
I like to make modern play clothes but also enjoy making beautiful long dresses. It’s fun for listen to little girls make up stories as they play with the dolls in different outfits. With the variety of patterns available I can always find one I like but I would like to see a nurse outfit and Doctor outfit for both girl dolls and boy dolls.
I love the Victorian era….dresses for girls of that time would be fun! I don’t like putting ‘grown up’ styles on these dolls, they are little girls and let’s keep them that way. I also like the 50’s styles. School dresses. Thanks for this fun giveaway!

After watching “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” my current favorite era of clothing and fashion is the late 1950’s. I’d love to see more patterns of those Upper West Side looks for my AGAT dolls, particularly the swing and trapeze coats with matching hats.

I love historical clothing from many eras: the dresses, corsets and linen underthings from pre 1920’s, the flappers of the 20’s, the down-to earth styles of the 30’-50’s.

I have 16 historical AG dolls, and 4 AGAT historical dolls. It would be a toss-up between when I wish I had been a young girl living in Williamsburg, Va like Felicity and Elizabeth, or reliving my own youth in the 1940’s like Emily, Molly and Clementine.That is why I look for patterns for the historical dolls, instead of the modern ones.

the first Pixie Faire pattern I purchased was GENNI WREN and it “hooked” me.
Granddaughters adore the outfits and I often make them a blouse or top in same fabric.

My favorite era of clothing for dolls is 1890 as I volunteer at a home built in 1883 and restored to that year. I’d love to make clothing that children touring the museum/home could put on a doll to get the feel for the era. I’d love to see more patterns for that era for clothing worn by children.

Love the skirt pattern it reminds me when I attended Catholic grammar school and mom would make them for me in plaids. To this day i love plaid (red and black). I would like to make them for my granddaughter American doll. Now that I retired woman I will be made clothes.

I love the 1940s and wish there were more era-appropriate clothes available. I stink at sewing, but I would love to see a pattern for a uniform – factory worker, WAC soldier, lady pilot. Girls were doing a lot in the 40s!

My favorite era of clothing and fashion is depicted in the Downton Abbey series on PBS. I’d love to see patterns copying some of the specific outfits worn by the ladies in the show.
