In this final installment of the Setting Sleeves course, Cinnamon shares a few tips for success! She is joined by Melinda, the designer of Melody Valerie Couture, as she shares how to create ease in a sleeve cap, set the sleeve in a round, and add a beautiful finishing detail to the armscye.
Interested in practicing this technique? You can find Melody Valerie Couture patterns exclusively at Pixie Faire:

Her Bluebelle Dress pattern also shows another variation to create a tulip sleeve. It's constructed from an entirely different shaped pattern piece, but finishes with the same result!
You can also practice the armscye binding technique in a sleeve that is set in flat as show in the Liberty Jane Abbey Road dress pattern.
