I have no favorite fashion era, because I love all the history of clothing. And Pixie Faire already offers such a wide variety, and continues to add more and more. Keep up the great work! We love you!
My favorite fashion era is… well I have several. Tudor, Colonial, Regency, Early Victorian, Medieval. I sew mainly for A Girl for All Time and Wellie WIsher size dolls. I would like to see a historical pattern offered for a AGAT size Medieval gown (Maybe Richard I-ish). Actually even more than that I would like to see historical patterns for Carpatina boy dolls from virtually any era.

My favorite fashion eras would be the mid-1770s and the late 1800s/early 1900s. I blame my love of American Girl’s Felicity for the first, and Anne of Green Gables and Murdoch Mysteries for the latter.

My favorite historical era is the Edwardian era. I would like to see a historical pattern for an Edwardian sailor style dress for Rebecca.
I’m a real history buff so anything before 1900 is good. I am somewhat partial the knights and fair maidens.
My favorite fashion era is many of the historical eras. I would love to see more patterns for the 18th century.
My favourite fashion era for women is the 1920’s when women were enjoying more freedom of movement in dress. My favourite fashion eras for children are Edwardian. I would like to see historical patterns for women for sports, swimming, hiking, cycling etc.
I appreciate all the research and attention to details the designers put into the historical patterns. It is so difficult to choose just one era so I have to say the 16 to 1800s.
My favorite fashion era is end of the 19th century, particularly the late 1890’s early 1900. The sharper business “dress” and the lovely long gowns with less skirt but still a longer lyrical skirt.

My favorite era is the western days. I have worn dresses from this era for centennial celebrations. My mother had made us matching dresses with bonnets. I would like to see more patterns from this era for dresses with aprons and pinafore. I am 72 and still have a pinafore I wore when I was 9 months old.

My favorite era is whichever one I’m studying at the moment. :) I can’t get enough historical costume! (Isn’t that what makes historical movies so much fun?) Historical doll costume is the reason I started buying from Pixie Faire. I feel like you have a tremendous variety except perhaps for the 1920’s and a few more boy patterns would be nice.

My favorite is Civil War and 1950’s. My husband is a re in actor and I love sewing for my grand kids. I would love some dressy hats with feathers and a scarf. Girls dresses were shorter than women’s. I was born in the fifties and those were my childhood clothes.

My favorite era is 1940’s and 50’s. I love to see children cloth8 g patterns from that era. You have some but the waist coats with the flouncy bottoms, three quarter and full length sleeves, with either pleated skirts or half full and straight skirts. Puffy sleeved blouses with lace and fancy trims for the holidays with full skirts. And boys trousers withthe pleated fronts and cuffed bottoms with vests and sweaters with argyle designs.

My favorite era is the 1940s. My mother we’d my dad in 1945 in a two tone, two piece suit. She wore a white cameliea corsage. The suit was muted burgundy with soft pale grey. A pencil skirt and peplum jacket. I’d love to make that ensemble for my 18" doll.

My favorite fashion era is… I’m an old-fashioned girl at heart. While I love the elegance of the gowns worn in the 18th and 19th centuries, I’d like to see more casual clothing for the historical characters. These fancy gowns are not so appropriate for children. Samantha/Nellie/Rebecca are easy because the periodicals are available for free on Google Books! The Delineator, McCall’s, Ladies’ Home Journal and early editions of Harper’s Bazaar all featured clothing patterns and fashion sketches. Undergarments are also a necessity.

Think Mr. Darcy; high collared shirt, waistcoat, double breasted tailcoat, breeches or pantaloons, tall boots, cravat, gloves, and a top hat.

I love love all of Thimbles and Acorn patterns, I’ve made almost all of them. I would like to see more variations of 18th century clothing for 18 inch dolls.
