My biggest sewing challenge is being able to get fabric that I want for certain projects.
My biggest sewing challenge is free motion quilting. Second is doing invisible zippers well.
My biggest sewing challenge is knowing when the stop to pivot stick corners. I always pivot too late or too earlier, and it doesn’t match the other corners
My biggest challenge is finding the time to get my sewing done I usually use my vacation for this
My biggest sewing challenge is how to finish the seems of my projects for the various types of fabrics.
My biggest sewing challenge is using very fine fabrics that fray easily, such as organza. I’m a perfectionist in my sewing and am never completely satisfied with the end result when I use these fabrics.
My biggest sewing challenge is that my sewing table is my dining room table. When I want to sew I need to gather everything that I will need, move it to the table and sew for a bit, then take it all back down again so we can use the table. When I am faced with all that, there’s many a day that I just don’t bother to sew because I’m not up to all the moving. :(
My biggest sewing challenge is very stretchy materials. It’s so hard to sew them without either stretching them or losing the stretch.
My biggest sewing challenge is sewiing narrow seams.
Invisible zippers
My biggest sewing challenge is allowing myself time to sew. I tend to put everyone else’s needs & wants ahead of mine bit this is going to be my year to say, “Sorry, I have plans at that time.” My plans are to sew!
My biggest challenge is finding time to sew all that I want to sew
my biggest challenge not pressing to hard on the foot pedal, which causes me to lose control of stitching straight.
« Mon plus grand défi de couture est simplement me remettre à la couture, de choses de la vie m’ont tenues éloignée de cette activité »
My biggest sewing challenge is is finishing one project before starting another. Sometimes if I get frustrated with how something is turning out, I set it aside and start something different. Unfortunately, I don’t always go back to finish the one I put aside.
My biggest challenge is finishing what I start. So many great patterns to make into charming outfits!
My biggest challenge is zippers. I’ve always had trouble getting them to be straight so I tend to avoid them and so never get any practice.
My biggest challenge is zippers. I’ve always had trouble getting them to work so I tend to avoid them and never practice to improve.
My biggest challenge is getting the right fit for my doll.
My biggest challenge in my sewing abilities is being confident in fit, but I know if I take the time to make a muslin it will help. With that said, time is probably my greatest challenge. The ideas for new projects come way faster than I can sew .
My biggest sewing challenge is so many ideas, so little time.
My biggest challenge is finishing a project before I start the next one.
My biggest challenge is adjusting patterns so they fit perfectly and secondly sewing with thin fabrics.
My biggest sewing challenge is having the space to cut out fabrics to specifics
My biggest challenge is making the time to do it!
My biggest sewing challenge is hemming knits on a standard sewing machine.
My biggest challenge is to finish what I start. Life and a new project with an immediate deadline keep happening.
My biggest challenge is not finding scaled down fabric that is well designed and doesn’t fray.
biggest sewing challenge is stretch fabrics- knits, lycra, it all hates me
My most difficult sewing challenge is adjusting a pattern so it fits perfectly. Sewing with sheer fabrics is a definite second.
My biggest sewing challenge is to create my own pattern!
My biggest sewing challenge is matching pattern and fabrics.
My biggest sewing challenge is button holes.
One would expect by now I would not be spending time ripping out for do overs.
My biggest challenge is being patient when sewing.
My biggest sewing challenge is setting in sleeves correctly.
My biggest sewing challenge is I need to pace myself & take more breaks while I sew. I just get so excited about the project that I don’t want to stop. Then I pay the price for it. Being old with a bad back sucks.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding time to try new patterns.
My biggest challenge is sewing with sheer and knit fabrics
My biggest sewing challenge is making sure a pattern fits. Not all 18” American Girl dolls are the same size. Today’s patterns are for newer, slimmer dolls. The dolls I sew for are older, and they have larger waists and hips. On some, more difficult, patterns I’ve even made muslins.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the right scale fabric! Especially if shopping online, not many places have a ruler with the fabric.
My biggest challenge is that I need to practise a lot more and to learn more about sewing in general
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the right fabric for the patterns I am using. Some fabrics just don’t work
I’m just getting started in dolls, so my biggest challenge is wrapping my head around new techniques to work in tiny spaces (small sleeve caps/tiny ribbing cuffs etc) that are more professional looking in doll clothing.
My biggest sewing challenge is sourcing fabric, because I wind up feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choices and I’m not going to stores in person right now.
My biggest sewing challenge is coming up with great ideas and not always following through…
My biggest sewing challenge is sewing sheer fabrics. They just seem to have a mind of their own.
My biggest sewing challenge is to sew an elastic band on my husband underpants (oh! yes).It is hard to have the right size or sew netly…
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the time to sew. I need to slow down and make time for sewing as I have found it very relaxing. I have missed this in the past few years.
My biggest sewing challenge is distractibility. If something isn’t finished in one sitting, it may enter the universe of UFO’s, driven out of mind by another project or a glimpse of a neighbor’s cat. I’d never get anything done if there were squirrels in range.
My biggest sewing challenge is I’m getting older. It’s not as easy to see what I’m doing, and I have tremors on top of that. Enjoy it all while you’re young, being old comes faster than you think.
My biggest challenge is sewing bottom holes. I could never get them exactly right. Thank you for the awesome giveaways.😘
My biggest sewing challenge is ZIPS!!! My pet hate for sure lol
