My biggest sewing challenges is deciding what I want to make next.
My biggest sewing challenge is not knowing what I’m doing.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding time to sew everything I want to make.
My biggest sewing challenge currently is time.
…sticking to and finishing a frustrating and difficult pattern.
My biggest challenge is hand work because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands
My biggest sewing challenge is actually doing the finish work on a garment. I always leave the buttons, snaps, velcro, etc. until I have numerous garments to finish.
My biggest sewing challenge is sewing on zippers. Even using hacks to make it easier, I still sew them crooked.
My biggest sewing challenge right now is scaling doll patterns down for small ball jointed dolls. The whole ball jointed doll world is not easy to understand sizes between dolls……. but I am making body size charts for the ones I have and trying to get a set of patterns for each of them – - trying!!
My biggest sewing challenge is selecting the correct fabrics and colors for my projects.
My biggest sewing challenge is hemming and sewing sheer fabrics. I usually end up having to tack them, as even doing a narrow hem on my overlocker doesn’t work as the stitching falls off.
My biggest sewing challenge is cleaning up before I have to start my next project.
My biggest sewing challenge is figuring what to do next and finishing it.
My biggest challenge is closures. I hate sewing in zippers, and Velcro gets caught in hair so easily. Thanks for the button on snap tutorial. That solves most of my problems.
My biggest challenge is making button holes. My sewing machine and I always have a difference of opinion when it comes to making them.
“My biggest sewing challenge is finding tiny embroidery designs for embellishments.
My biggest sewing challenge is sewing around small curves, such as a little collar.
My biggest sewing challenge is dealing with a recent diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in my dominant hand-hand sewing is painful!
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the time to complete all the projects that I want to do. Have so many and I want to do them all at once.
My biggest sewing challenge is top stitching. It’s never straight enough, especially on small pieces like doll jeans and jackets.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding fabric to scale for 18inch dolls.
“My biggest sewing challenge is finding time to make everything I want to make!”
It’s the fabric! Denim is tough with multiple layers. Sheer fabrics are a particular challenge.
My biggest sewing challenge is deciding which project to do next.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the right fabric print that will make my dolls look their best.

My biggest challenge is hand sewing
My biggest challenge is finishing seams. I just recently returned to sewing so my skills are a bit rusty. I find giving these tiny seams a finished look difficult.
My biggest challenge is working with slippery fancy fabrics … and choosing the right ones for the project!
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the time to sew. So many other priorities.
My biggest challenge is making buttonholes that look good!
My biggest challenge is pattern alterations. I sew for Barbie dolls, but I often use patterns designed for other doll sizes that don’t match Barbies (ex: 18" American Girl dolls or Takara Jenny fashion dolls) because I can’t find Barbie patterns for the types of clothing I want to make (historical or traditional ethnic clothing). I find alterations challenging because the dolls I listed have different body proportions as well as different heights, so my alterations require adjusting the pattern width and contours as well as length.

My biggest sewing challenge is getting in the mood to sew
My biggest sewing challenge is what to do with leftover fabric. I hate to discard the leftovers and it is so hard to decide what to keep, what to toss, and how to store or use again what I do keep. Really makes my sewing room a mess!
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the time and not organized and can’t seem to find what I want. After I do find what I have spent an hour or more gathering up everything, I am too tired to continue until I rest.
My biggest sewing challenge is sewing zippers in doll clothing… Sewing them on such a small item is awkward for me. Pinning etc. is challenging when sewing with zippers.
My biggest sewing challenge is getting clothing to fit exactly the way I want them to fit! It is hard with real tiny dolls – patience is the answer.

My biggest sewing challenge is sewing button holes. I have trouble with the spacing.
My biggest sewing challenge is completing a project, I will find a challenging part within a pattern and then have no idea how to do it. I will put it down and not come back to it. I am the queen of unfinished projects! To get my mind off of the “issue” I will start another project!! Lol. Then of course life gets into the way and the project is forgotten about and sits.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the time.

My challenge is to match up fabric with patterns. Someone gifted me a huge collection of fabrics and I am slowly working them down. But I am having a good time doing it.

My biggest sewing challenge is dealing with the chronic pain I have. I have to stop so many times to relax and it takes forever to finish aproject.

My biggest challenge is keeping my sewing area tidy. I finally get the room straightened up but it only lasts until my next project. I cannot seem to make myself take the time to put things back where they go. When I do that, it seems like I just have to get the item back out because I still need it.
