My favorite holiday tradition is to buy each of my grandkids a new Christmas ornament that best represents them whether a favorite toy, hobby or movie. This year my granddaughter met R2D2 at comicon. She got the hallmark R2D2. By the time they are out on their own, they will have at least 18 if not more to start their own tree.

My favorite Christmas tradition is making gingerbread with my children way way back and now with my grandchildren.
My favorite holiday tradition is making each of my kids a handmade gift. This year it was AG doll bedding, a drum stick/mallet roll, and a little Cleveland Cavs uniform for a stuffed dog. I get excited about planning and crafting each of these gifts, and I can answer some very specific requests!
My favorite holiday tradition is creating and singing our own crazy version of “twelve days of Christmas” with my family. We all write down one noun and one adjective, throw them into a santa hat, pull them out at random, and sing whatever words happened to be paired together!
My favorite holiday tradition is decorating cookies with my 5 grandchildren all under age 8, hoping there are some left for Christmas! We decorate sugar cookies, gingerbread cookies, spritz cookies, etc. It’s messy but fun. Love it!!

We like to make cookies. This year we did ugly Christmas sweater cookies.
My very favorite tradition in my family is getting together to make tamales on Christmas Eve. Our parents started it and now that they are no longer with us, our families get together early that morning and make tamales, usually at our Oldest Sister’s home. We laugh, talk, make tamales and have a great time.When they go on the stove, we all go home, change and come back to enjoy our food, exchange gifts and generally have a great time.

My favorite tradition is Merry Jammy Christmas. My sister made it up several years ago. All of us (10 people) wear our pajamas on Christmas day. It’s so much more comfortable!

My favorite tradition is having the family over on Christmas Eve for dinner and the reading or quoting of the story of the birth of Jesus. Then opening one gift each which somehow always ends up being new pajamas so everyone looks their best for Christmas morning photos.
My favorite tradition for Christmas is after dinner and pie we gather together and watch “it’s a wonderful life”.
One of my favorite traditions is actually something we’ve only done the last 3 years. Going to see the wall Star Wars movie in theater on Christmas night. My son and I are huge Star Wars fans, I even craft Star Wars things for my dolls, just make made a few reversible comforters some pillows and pjs this month all Star Wars, lol.

I made over 50 microwave cozies last year along with bags and bags of homemade Christmas cookies. My grandmother used to make me Barbie Clothes way back when. I liked how special they were to me. He is 40 now and she’s been gone since 1997, and I just love the fact that he keeps that tradition going just for me.
