Recommended Fabrics: Lightweight fabrics like denim, linen, faux leather or suede, cotton chambray, poplin

- 11.5''x12.5'' piece of batiste (lightweight, semi-sheer cotton) for facing;
- thread to match and contrast thread;
- 5 buttons;
- a piece of cardstock (or equivalent weight paper).
