I am obviously thankful for my family and friends…I am also thankful to God that he has let me keep my mother for awhile longer, she has been battling cancer for the last two years and this year with a new type of therapy she has responded tremendously well, and is down to once a month treatments….she is not totally cancer free or in remission yet, but the doctor says she is very close!
I am also thankful that I found this web-site, Cinnamon, you and your designers have brought out my wanting to sew and crochet again and used to be a passion…..I have been re-purposing some of the clothes I no longer (or can’t ;-) ) with actually in mind for a craft bazaar but have ended up giving them away, which is also a great feeling.
Keep up the great work that you and Jason do as well.
Happy Holidays to all!
I am thankful for family, friends, and that I live in a country where we are free to do and be what we want if we are willing to work hard to get it. I also like to make and buy hand made items for my dolls.
I am thankful for this doll web site that still promotes girls and their mothers/grandmothers enjoying dolls together and that the clothes are fun, modest, adorable, imaginative and come with helpful information for sewing tricky parts. And even better that they now have small machine embroidery patterns for adding details to items.
I am extremely thankful that after long anxious months of waiting,I found out this Thanksgiving that I am to be a first-time grandma! I am also thankful for the two buyers so far that have purchased items from my newly opened Etsy shop Hello Dolly Couture that features hand sewn American Girl clothes. And finally I am thankful for this site which has provided me with so much inspiration and quality patterns at affordable prices.
I am thankful for the free country we live in, and the faith we have.
I have so much to be thankful for. Mostly I am thankful for a loving God who loves me and makes all things possible.
I thankful for my husband’s health getting better, for all the great patterns I was able to work on to help me keep my mine off of all that was going on this year.

I am so thankful to the Lord yesterday that I had the strength to help my friend Paula, who also has MS, clean her house for Thanksgiving because she fell and cracked her head wide open at 4 am and was taken by ambulance to the Emergency Room to get staples put into her skull to stop the bleeding. I was so grateful to the Lord that he gave me the strength to help her out as well as serve him by helping others. I will also be very sad this year, because this is the first Holiday without my husband’s father. I am so thankful that I got a wonderful chance to know him. He was my best friend and such a blessing in my life, and I miss him terribly. So I thank the Lord for knowing him and having him in my life. I give thanks to all the Servicemen and women in the Armed Forces this year defending our country so that we have the freedom to celebrate this wonderful holiday in peace. They put their lives in dangerous situations everyday, and I am in gratitude towards them. Lastly, I am thankful every Friday and all year round for having such a wonderful platform to come to when I feel sad or passionate about sewing for my dolls called PixieFaire. Your company is such a blessing in so many peoples lives and you should be feeling mighty proud about it and how you have affected some many people all around the world. This year I am especially thankful for a grandmother who taught me to love crafting in any form, but most especially taught me that the pattern and instructions were just a guide and that to make spmething truely special and a reflevtion of who you are you need to change something, to make it your own. We were always talking about patterns, taking them apart and deciding what we would change and why. dhy was always asking “why?”, but not before giving me the tools to give a good answer. I have been so impressed and grateful to see every person I interacted with was so inherently good in the midst of a stressful situation (which of course is nothing compared to what so many people have faced, especially considering all the natural disasters wreaking havoc on people – I’ve been lucky and my heart goes out to everyone facing such hardship).
I am thankful for being alive!
