All supplies ready but I’m not sure how my machine will handle the thickness, etc. so I keep putting it off.
My biggest crocheting challenge is learning how to hold the yarn in my hands. I am a senior and just learning to crochet for fun. I did try years ago and was frustrated then too. I know to most people this sounds funny, but for some reason I can’t get the hang of holding the yarn like videos or books show. I have not given up though. I did finish a crocheted hat and scarf for a 18" doll.
My biggest sewing, knitting and crocheting challenge is to stop saving every scrap of fabric or yarn after I sew, knit, crochet for myself. How many black outfits does an 18" doll need??

My biggest sewing challenge is deciding on the “perfect” pattern, the “perfect” fabric, the “perfect” trims, the “perfect” props, and then, the “perfect” photo. Striving toward the “perfect” outfit is a hindrance to sewing. This year, I hope to “Do my best” instead of aiming toward perfect. I hope to find more delight in the process.
And, BTW, Koski’s “Galactic Pilot” pattern is a great pattern! I had so much fun making the accessories, and the uniform is perfect for Luciana.

My biggest knitting challenge is that my purls always come out messy and uneven.
My biggest sewing, knitting, or crochet challenge is deciding what to create next! Whenever I hear someone say “I’m bored”, I don’t understand. There are never enough hours in the day to make all of the things I want to make, and I can honestly say that there has never been a day in my life that I have been bored.
