There are so many possibilities of how we can use our machine embroidery for doll items, especially if we had someone designing specifically for them. I love the mini designs to embellish, but you could also do “In the hoop” shoes, clothes, accessories, and more doll sized items. You could design quilting specifically for doll quilts. You could make special doll embroidered quilts. I’ve got a ton of ideas. I just don’t digitize. :(

I’m looking forward to the July Thimbles and Acorns Underpinnings sew-along. Patterns abound for outerwear especially historic outfits. Not much is ever shown about the architecture beneath that help shape these fashions and the features made for comfort (or discomfort) function and modesty.
