The ‘Party Favors’ dress is made ‘all in one’ and is comprised of a pretty Bodice with a high round neckline and short gathered Puff Sleeves which are ribbon edged at the cuffs; a fabulous lined faux Vest Front with a horseshoe neckline and pointed waist and a beautiful lined Skirt with three gathered net layers which are edged in Satin Ribbon.
The Dress closes at Center Back with Hook & Loop Tape and to finish, two little buttons are attached to keep the Vest Front closed and a tiny ribbon bow is attached just below the Center Front neck edge.
