An optional button, ribbon rose or ribbon bow at the hip, completes the skirt. Using woven fabric such as Denim, Linen or Quilter’s Cotton, create a variety of gorgeous skirts by changing the color of the ruffle or Basque; or try gathered lace in place of fabric for the ruffled edge, the options are endless.
