This doll clothes pattern features a simple unlined design complete with working front pockets, center front seam, waistline seam, and short sleeves. The added topstitching adds a nice detail and highlights the dress structure.
The dress can be made with short sleeves or as a sleeveless dress. The hem can be single folded (denim example) or double turned (print sleeveless example) to create a shorter style.
This pattern is designed to fit an 18-inch soft body doll such as American Girl®
Suggested Fabrics: a variety of woven non-stretch fabrics like cotton, cotton lawn, lightweight denim, or corduroy.
