A modern button front jumper with 1960’s flair - The Liberty Jane® Genoa Jumper, designed to fit 18 inch dolls such as American Girl® and Tonner My Imagination, includes design details such as: A fully lined dress with all seams enclosed, Deep V front, Front Button Opening*, and Optional pleated patch pockets. The jumper is designed to be worn over a variety of tops. In the example images we’ve paired the jumper with a mock turtleneck and 3/4 length sleeve t-shirt from the LJ T-Shirt Variations Pattern, a grey sweater made from the LJ Cropped Sweater pattern, and tights made using the LJ Leggings pattern.
The finished length of the dress is mid-upper thigh, which looks great worn over tights or leggings. For a more modest look you can easily modify the length of the dress by simply adding 1-2 inches to the length of the front and back pieces.
*(If desired, snaps or hook and loop tape can be used under non-functional buttons.)
Suggested fabrics include: Wool, wool blends, boucle, suiting fabrics, woven cottons, and lightweight corduroy

- Five 1/4" buttons
- Sewing machine, Scissors, Thread, Seam Ripper, Iron, Point Turner, Seam gauge, buttonhole foot
