Create a lovely dance outfit using only stockinette and garter stitch. Knit flat from bottom upwards, in one piece until armhole division. Sleeves are created by casting on extra stitches at the armholes. The dress has an overskirt. Use lovely bright colours or glittering yarn at the hem and bodice to make each dress something special! The skirt has a back seam with a button for closure. The low back gives it a Lyrical look.
Tips:
The skirt part can be lengthened to make a pretty party or flower girl dress.

For Heart for Hearts® Doll: Main Color - DMC® Natura Just Cotton 20 grams = 67.8 yards / 62.0 m. Contrast - DMC® Natura Just Cotton Multico 28 grams = 94.9 yards / 86.8 m.
For Les Cheries Dolls : Main Color - DMC® Natura Just Cotton 23 grams = 78.0 yards / 71.3 m. Contrast - Premier Yarns® Wool Free Lace (88% Acrylic + 7% Nylon + 5% Metallic) 14 grams = 62.8 yards / 57.4 m.
Other supplies:
- Straight or circular knitting needles size US 2 (2.75 mm).
- 2 DPNS size US 4 (3.50 mm) x 2 for the I–Cord.
- 3/8'' Wide button x 1 .
- Row counter or a pencil to tick of the rows as you knit.
- Stitch Markers x 4 or pieces of scrap yarn.
- Tapestry + ordinary sewing needle.
- Small scissors.
- Ruler or tape measure.
Additional: Small piece of elastic thread for panties.
