Hoop sizes 6 x 10 or larger. Design measures 5.96" X 5.41." Design includes bishop dress pattern and instructions, machine embroidery smocking design, and bishop neckline template.

English smocking pleater machine or 4 dots per inch dot paper transfer paper for hand pleating, hand quilting thread for pleating
