Make this delightful Regency Era dress from Keepers Dolly Duds!
The fully lined high waisted bodice features a vertically pleated front inset finished with a narrow ruffle along the neckline. The lightly gathered skirting is finished with a wide ruffle at the hemline and a narrow belt separates the bodice and skirting at the waistline. The short puffed sleeves can be left plain or ruched for an added detail. The dress closes in back with three buttons.
