-Skirt and sleeves fabric (plain fabric) – 15” x 45”
-Pannier Fabric (organza) – 30” x 13”
-hook and loop tape – 5” (5/8” width – cut in half to get about ¼” wide)
-¼” Wide Elastic – 8” (For sleeves)
-Thread
-Fabric Pencil or Pen Marker
-Iron and ironing board
