Recommended Fabrics: light-weight fabrics such as batiste, broadcloth, or a gauzy fabric
Supplies Needed:
-1/4 yd of light-weight fabric (I used a cotton flour sack towel), batiste or broadcloth
-9 inches of trim (no wider than 5/8")
-48 inches of 1/8" wide elastic
-3 tiny buttons or other decoration (optional)
-Narrow ribbon or kitchen string (for optional bow)
