For me, the freckles make her look like she is a country girl. Penney is the cutest.
Tenney just looks so pretty!
I voted for Maryellen, but Tenney is really cute too.
I love them both but Tenney has my vote.
I really want to have Mary Ellen. That is the era that I was born, brings back good memories.
Oh Tenney looks the best in this outfit. :)
Gosh. This was a hard one. I picked Tenney. Thanks so much for having these.
Tenny is adorable. My Logan has been waiting for her for a long time. Hope I win. Love the outfit. Thank you Pixie Faire and the designers for this freebie every week.
Tenny’s freckles are just to cute. I vote for her. Makes me think of Mary Ingles. Thanks for the giveaway.
So cute!! Where did you get the fabric? I voted for Tenney, because I love how the pink goes with her eyes.
Thanks for the giveaway!
The dress color enhances Maryellen’s coloring She is my choice
I think Maryellen wears it best! There is something about her hair and the color of the dress that I love.
I don’t think I can choose, they both look beautiful in this outfit. It’s a draw for me, but thank you for sharing.
In my humble opinion, Tenny is wearing it best! Thank you for this opportunity!!:)
I like it on Maryellen best!
Love the sunbonnet!
thank you Shari!
I LOVE MARY ELLEN!!!
Thank you Shari for your wonderful historical patterns! And as always, thank you Pixie Faire!
Tenney’s freckles and hairstyle look more authentic to a girl that would have lived on a farm in the prairie. I voted for Tenney!
I think Maryellen wears it best. Her green eyes contrast beautifully with the rosy calico.
Shari, thank you for sponsoring Mod Doll Monday this week. I adore all of your historical patterns, especially the Laura and Mary Dress, which I have made for many young book enthusiasts. I’m always on the look-out for new patterns from you. God bless!
Oh, Yay!!! I love Thimbles & Acorns patterns – thanks Shari for the opportunity to win this adorable outfit as well as a cute AG doll. My vote goes for Maryellen, because I ALWAYS go with the red head! And thank you Cinnamon for making all this possible!
Love them both. Of course, love all of Shari’s patterns!
Both are cute but Maryellen just seems like she’d be from that time period.
I’m a sucker for red hair and green eyes, but the freckles have the win this week.
It’s all about the freckles – Tenney looks like she lives in a little house of the Prairie. I looked at the Winter in Dakota Territory book. It is great.
I love them both but Tenny got my vote.
Sweet how Tenney can look so appropriately old fashioned in this outfit. Love the period/historic costumes – they are my favorites.
Adorable outfit. I voted Maryellen because of her strawberry-blond hair.
Wow! I love them both, they both look great, but I especially love the green bonnet with Maryellens’s eyes! So Maryellen it is.
There is just something about Mary Ellen’s red had with that dress and bonnet. Shari , this is perfect coloring for either one. Thank you for your generous spirit. I have made the Wellie Wisher Prairie Rose and it is sooo cute.

I love this historical outfit on Tenney!
Thank you, Shari, for this lovely giveaway! The dress, bonnet, and dolls are so beautiful.
Love both of them but Maryellen just looks like a country girl.
Such a lovely outfit. I like everything about Thimbles and Acorns! Thanks Shari for hosting this giveaway outfit.
Thank you, Shari! Love your Thimbles and Acorns patterns. This prairie dress is wonderful, including the all important bonnet. My vote goes to Mary Ellen. I’m a fan of her hazel eyes and strawberry blonde hair.
Very very cute!
Both are so cute but I’ll vote for Tenney. Thank you Shari and Pixie Faire.
I vote for Tenney.
Oh wow! Both are striking in this outfit. I chose Tenney by a hair.
I think Tenney looks most natural in this outfit. Most girls did not have bangs cut in that era. The outfit suits the color of Tenney and she just looks more natural in it
Thank you Shari for a great outfit! I vote for Tenney.
I think Maryellen looks best. It might just be the green in the bonnet, but it makes Tenney look too washed out.
I am drawn to the “Prairie” clothing, back to a time where life was hard going at times but oh so much simpler than today! I grew up in the hills of Kentucky with my Grandparents, money was sometimes hard to come by, one of my fondest memories is going to the “Dry Goods Store” and picking out a print cotten fabric for a new dress and it was very much like this one! I was once that freckled little girl in my new Prairie Dress so my vote goes to Tenney!
I voted for MaryEllen… Love the colour of her hair!
I vote for Tenney.
Oh fun! My daughter’s been wanting Maryellen. So even though I think Tenney looks best. We had to vote for Maryellen!
Love the small embellishment on the apron pocket. I like the colors on both girls but Maryellen’s bangs are just not correct under that hat so I have to go with Tenny wearing this set best.
Thank you, Sheri! I love the pioneer days outfit. It looks lovely on both dolls.
I voted for Tenney.
What a beautiful outfit… thank you Shari! My vote is for Mary Ellen :)
I love the historical patterns. This one caught my eye.
MaryEllen nailed it :-) Her red hair and it just looked so much smoother. Both are beautiful dolls though. Cute outfits make the doll. thank you
Tenny – she looks like she’s been out on the prairie with those freckles. I love this outfit. I used to dress my Barbie in clothes like this and send them on the Oregon Trail. Thanks for the memories! The outfit is perfect.
Tenney has this one hands down. I love these fashions from the past.
Beautiful girl! Thanks
Mary Ellen looks great on this outfit! It’s her green eyes and red hair!
Maryellen looks lovely. Thanks, Shari.
Tenney wears it best! I love this pattern and the fabrics chosen, just beautiful!
I love thimbles and acorn patterns, thanks Shari!
Maryellen’s red hair is tempting but her bangs just aren’t right for this. I think Tenney wears it best.
Love the red hair and green eyes on Mary Ellen. I love all of Thimbles and Acorns designs.Thank you so much Cinnamon and Shari for the giveaway.
Oh my! How beautiful and what a difficult choice as both dolls look stunning in the outfit. Thanks so much, Shari. A wonderful outfit! I need that pattern. In the end my vote went to Tenney because of her freckles, although I agree the red hair also looks great on the other doll.
Maryellen looks marvelous in this outfit!
I adore Maryellen in this outfit! Her eyes pick up the green and really just pop!!
I love this look on both dolls! So adorable but I think Maryellen wears it best. Her green eyes pop with the green bonnet. Thank you Cinnamon and Shari!
They are both so beautiful, and in one of my favorite patterns. I would love to have either of them. Thanks for another fabulous giveaway! I may never win, but I can dream every week.
i vote Teeney, because her hair and freckles.
Tenney looks the cutest. It suits her face mold better.
Wow! What a darling outfit … and what a tough choice this time of who wears it best. I chose Tenney, I think it was the freckles. Thanks for the chance to win
Both are so sweet, but I like Tenny the best! Yhank you for the chance to win this adorable girl! Love the outfit!
Thank you so much for the wonderful outfit. I love that time period and historical American Girl outfits. She reminds me of Laura in the “Little House on the Prairie” from my childhood and Kirsten from my daughters childhood. She looks so natural in the outfit.
Tenney gets my vote. Her long blonde hair looks great with the outfit.
I love that outfit on both models. For me, though, Tenney looks a bit more authentic as a late 19th century prairy girl.
They both look great, but I like Tenney best. Thank you for the wonderful outfit pattern.
Tenney looks too, too cute!
I chose Maryellen, the mint green of the scarf makes her eyes sparkle! Love the whole outfit, well done.
Love he outfit Tenney. It’s the freckles I’m sure.☺
Thank you for sharing an amazing little outfit! While both girls look absolutely adorable, my vote goes to MaryEllen… I have hazel eyes and before my hair turned silver with age, I had strawberry blond hair :)
I voted for Mary Ellen. I have green eyes and she does too. Love her red hair too, or is it strawberry bl9nde? Love her little outfit! She reminds me of the original Kirsten doll that my daughter was gifted from her Aunt. We still have her and the Samantha doll which was my other daughters.
Thank you so much for the contest – I like Maryellen the best. And thank you Shari!!
Such an adorable outfit! Thanks for sharing.

Very Little House on the Prairie! Love it.
What a charming outfit made by Shari. I love the way Tenney looks in it.
They both look gorgeous but I think I have to go with Maryellen—her hair color just pops with this outfit!
Shari, thank you!!!! I can’t wait to make this prairie Laura Ingalls dress for my daughter’s doll! I think Tenney wears it best! I love her freckles!
Both are so darling. I choose Tenney. I love her freckles.
Teeney, with her freckles and curls under her bonnet.
I think Tenny is adorable in this outfit. She looks as if she belongs on the prairie. Thank you, Cinnamon & crew for the opportunities you give us to see & possibly win the dolls. Thank you, Shari, for the great outfits you create!

Tough choice, but I think Tenney makes the better pioneer girl!
