Hi everyone,
On Friday (August 24th, 2018) we are offering a free doll clothes pattern from Cherie Peden of Ma Petite Cherie Couture. Be sure to vote today and then come back and get your copy of the winning pattern on Friday.
More About Cherie (in her own words): I have been sewing since I was about 4 years old. I learned to sew at my mothers knee. I learned to sew Barbie clothes not by hand, but by machine. I remember when I was about 10 seeing an outfit that my Grandmother had made for her Barbie that she had done completely by hand and thinking why would anyone take that kind of time. I learned to crochet at age 7 again under my mother's watchful eye. I also learned to knit but as crochet builds faster knitting fell the way of hand sewing I do if needed. I am the wife to a software engineer and mother to 4 daughters that I home schooled for most of their elementary years. When I am not designing and writing doll clothes patterns I work as a teachers aide in a private school.

More About Each Pattern:
Cabbage Roses Crochet Pattern For 18" Dolls: The Cabbage Rose pattern provides another twist on the oval vest pattern. It's main feature is the surprise of 3 roses down the back. Crocheted using bedspread weight (size 10) crochet cotton, it works up fairly fast.
The Anna Shoe Pattern for 18" Dolls: Does dolly like bows but not big full bows? Well here is an open toe shoe that has half a bow across the toe! The outside edge of the bow is lined with small beads and the arch side of the shoe is open. This shoe would be pretty in light weight silks and satins as well as in light weight wools.
Pretty Frillies Crochet Pattern for 15" Dolls: Crochet an adorable Bib, Bonnet, and Bootie set for your 15" baby doll! The bib boasts a cute little ruffle with buttons down the center and the booties have the same ruffle around the foot. The bonnet has a folded back brim trimmed with a ruffle and contrasting color.
Button Up Beauties Pattern for 15" Dolls: Button Up Beauties are a style that is enduring through all generations. It features heirloom details such as pleating and piping. The piping is made out of the same fabric as the shorts or skirt. The shorts or skirt button on to the shirt or blouse with real working buttonholes and are fully lined. This PDF pattern is designed to fit 15" dolls such as Bitty Baby®.

Thank YOU cherie!!! I have a couple of 15" dolls, but unfortuanately have never sewn any clothes for them!!! No excuses!! Just never thought of them!!! Thank you for a chance at giving it a try!!!
I believe I liked the shoes too!!!!
It’s already Friday and the winner has been selected, so I wanted to say THANK YOU to Cherie for the cute pattern choices this week, and to Cinnamon and team for the Freebie Friday program – it’s such a nice start to the weekend and I always look forward to it! I also wanted to say thanks to all who voiced encouragement and support for the smaller dolls getting a free pattern every so often. Yay, let’s all enjoy the thrill of a new outfit for our dolls!
This is a favorite for sure. Just adorable
Thank you.
I love the Anna shoes! Thank you so much for offering these great patterns!
The Anna Shoes are adorable! Thanks for having such a great website!
how gorgeous those dollies are going to be.
I voted for the crocheted CabbAGE ROSES vest as it’s so cool. My granddaughter voted for the button up beauties for the 15" Bitty Baby twins. She has been saving her money to purchase one or both of the twins. The button up beauties pattern has a lot of possibilities and I hope it wins if Cabbage Roses vest doesn’t win. some great designs. Thank you, Cherie.
Button Up Beauties. Baby needs some new clothes!
I voted for the Button Up BeautiesI Thanks a lot for your cut patterns
Hi… I voted for Cabbage Roses crochet vest.
Thank you, Cherie, for the cute choices this week. :~)
So happy to see a pattern for baby outfits. So cute too!
I would vote for the button up beauties. Not enough patterns for bitty twins. They could use some new clothes. Whichever wins, Thank you for the patterns all are great
My collection is lacking in the shoe department so I chose the shoe pattern. Thank you.

The shoes get my vote
Thank you Cheri for the beautiful patterns. I don’t have a 15* doll so I picked the adorable shoes. I look forward to Friday’s every week to see what wins. I’m disabled and don’t drive so having these patterns donated by their designers gives so much to sewers like myself. God Bless!
Thank you for a chance to see sonething different.
My vote is for the Button up Beauties
the smaller doll need new outfits. They do not have many.
OOOH Shoes! All are great patterns. But a girl can never have enough shoes! Thank You
All such lovely patterns – I would like to have any one of them. My vote went for the button up beauties because there are not many patterns for the Bitty family out there and this one is adorable. Thank you Cherie for your generosity and thank you Cinnamon for making all this possible!
I vote for the shoes – girls can never have too many shoes
I am voting for the adorable shoe pattern. Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you for the lovely pattern choices. My vote is for the 18 inch doll crochet pattern, the Cabbage Roses.
Thank you SO much for your generosity, Cherie!
The patterns are so unusual, so delightful. I chose the Cabbage Roses pattern, but love the shoes as well. I have an AG doll, but the other two patterns are also precious.
I haven’t crocheted in years and your pattern wants me to take up my crochet hook again.
Thank you!
I love your patterns. I’m voting for Anna’s shoes
Which woman/girl doesn’t love shoes.
cabbage rose vest gets my vote
Love Anna’s Shoes!!!! That’s my choice.
I would love to see the twins outfit win! Thank you Cheri for the opportunity to choose. Always look forward to the freebie Friday patterns!
Les patrons de souliers sont toujours les bienvenus car ils completent bien les ensembles proposes.. Merci pour ce partage.
Love to have the shoe pattern! I’m just starting to try making them so every shoe pattern is a big bonus for me. Thanks for this gift every Friday. It really highlights my week.
Cherie, you are a busy wife and mother, thanks so much for the free pattern.
All you patterns are beautiful so I will appreciate any one of them.
I don’t crochet, my great granddaughter loves having shoes for her outfits-so the shoes do it for me.Thanks a lot !
I love the button up beauties as my favorite but they are all very nice. Thank you for offering them.
Love the Cabbage Roe and the shoes. But the cabbage is my first choice. Thanks for the lovely selections.
Thank you for the cute choices. I voted for Button Up Beauties.
Thanks so much! I’m voting for the beautiful crocheted vest. I love crochet and am always looking for new patterns for dolls. This one makes such a lovely garment, I really hope it wins!
Your patterns are adorable, however, i forgot how to crochet years ago. With your grandaughters, it’s all about the 18" dolls. I hope the shoes win, they are very very cute. Thankyou for the free pattern, no matter which one wins.
I only have 18” dolls, but I voted for the Button Up pattern in the hopes that some of the people here hoping for a non-18” pattern to win on Freebie Friday might get lucky this time. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you guys ;)
Thank you for offering your patterns! Invited for the Bitty Baby pattern.
My girls could use some more shoes, so I voted for that pattern. Thanks so much for your generous offer.
Thanks so much for offering such cute patterns. I can’t crochet but I would love a Bitty Pattern. I know this is an 18 inch site but just sometimes a Bitty pattern would be a fab gift to others. Fingers crossed , if you don’t have a clear choice maybe some ladies could swing a vote to the Button Up Beauties pattern so Bitty can get dressed too! Happy sewing and thanks again to Pixie Faire and Ma Petite Cheri Couture!
Thank you, Cherie, for such a wide range of patterns. I’d love any of them as I crochet and knit as well as sew and have 18", Wellies, and Bitty Babies. I voted for the Button Up Beauties.
The Bitty baby outfits are sooo cute but alas I don’t have any in the family, I crochet but prefer larger projects, so the shoes might be my choice this week. I have AG 18 and Wellie in the family – maybe once every other month the 18 could be excluded to give the others a chance. I love the 18 and always choose it first but I know others would love the excitement I feel every Friday. Thanks for making my weeks!!! Voted for Bitty outfit to try to give others that feeling 🤞🏻
No doll can have enough shoes! My vote goes to the Anna shoes this week. Thanks, Cherie for the offer, and to Cinnamon and her team, for the site.
I don’t crochet (yet) so my vote goes to the button up beauties. It’s such a cute pattern and my granddaughters’ bitty baby dolls need more clothes! Thank you for your generosity!
I think I’d like to try my hand at the crocheting vest. Thanks for the different choices.
Thank you Cherie for all these cute patterns on offer! I LOVE the vest pattern but I don’t crochet and have no one to ask to do it for me, so I’m choosing the shoe pattern. It looks pretty simple and very cute! The Bitty Baby patterns are so sweet too, especially the matching boy/girl outfits, but I don’t need to make clothes for them right now.
Thank you Cherie for whichever pattern wins.
All are cute as usual. We need more for the Wellie Wishers. When you have them and the 18 in the 18 inch seems to always win. Please have some choices for only Wllie Wishers for a freebie Friday.
Love the Button Up Beauties and my Twins need some clothes. Thank you so much for the great choices.
I vote for the Button up Beauties . Thanks
Thanks Cherie for the great patterns! I encourage everyone with 15 inch Bitty Baby to try your pattern, Xanthe! It is my new favorite for these dolls. I can’t decide which pattern to vote for, I will be happy with any of them! Thanks again!

The Wellie Wishers patterns I have gotten are too small for the dolls. Do they not include seam allowances? I had understood that they did.
