Freebie Friday (Feb 12) Help Us Decide

Hi everyone,

On Friday (February 12, 2016) we'll have one of the following four patterns available for free. This week we're featuring the inspiring work of Diane Hunter at Sew Urban!

More About Diane and Sew Urban In Her Own Words: I am a mom of 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. I started sewing at the age of 9 years old. I think I was the only 3rd grader in school making her own clothes! After buying AG dolls for my granddaughters, creating patterns became a new level of fun. I was so inspired by the Chicago American Girl store, I couldn’t wait to start designing some cool urban outfits. It is a real challenge for me, but I love every minute of it.

Help us decide which one of Diane's trendy patterns should be free by voting below. Then come back on Friday to see which pattern won and get the free download.

Here is more information about each pattern:

Handkerchief Skirt Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: Your AG Doll will stand out in the crowd with this trendsetting skirt pattern. By using different fabrics and color combinations you can create a variety of cute skirts!

The Ruffled Top Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: The Sew Urban ruffled top doll clothes PDF pattern designed for your 18 inch American Girl® Doll! This cute top can be made with or without sleeves. The pattern is designed to use a variety of lightweight knit or woven fabrics.

Urban Vest Designed To fit American Girl® Dolls: The Urban Vest doll clothes pattern designed by Sew Urban is a fun look for the style-conscious doll!  This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 18 inch American Girl ® Dolls. It’s fully lined and has a cute button accent.

Urban Handbag Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls: Your doll can't go shopping without a super stylish purse, right? This fun Urban Handbag PDF Pattern from Sew Urban will help you create the perfect accessory. By using different fabrics and embellishments you can create a variety of purses to go with any style outfit The pattern also works with Karito Kids, BFC, Ink. and other 18 inch dolls.

All the patterns look wonderful, but I would love the handkerchief skirt. I have many vintage handkerchiefs and some not so vintage that I would love help finding patterns for.

Granddaughter’s AG doll requests the handkerchief skirt. She adores the SEW URBAN twirly tunic top and the skirt resembles my granddaughter’s skirt which she had made for her concert last summer. Thank you Sew urban and Cinnamon!!!
