The Baseball Tee:The Liberty Jane Classic Baseball T-shirt PDF Pattern will delight your 18 inch American Girl Doll! The raglan style sleeve is perfect for a beginner because it is a straight seam, not curved or sewn in a circle. Sewing a zig zag seam is an optional way to finish seams, but not necessary to make the t-shirt.
The Off The Shoulder Tee:The Liberty Jane Off the Shoulder Tee 18 inch Doll Clothes PDF Pattern. This top was featured in the 2011 Fall Collection. This top is easy to make and sewing with knit fabrics in this design is not complicated at all! It is designed to hang loose and be layered over a tank top.
The V-Kneck Tee:A v-neck tee is a great addition to any doll’s wardrobe! Liberty Jane is excited to offer you this PDF sewing pattern to teach you how to do this “lapped v” technique. This is a perfect project for using upcycled t-shirts that you might have lying around. There are 11 pages of full color step by step instruction as well as 1 page of text only summary of instructions to save on printer ink! Little AG doll, Jamie, already has shirts with set-in sleeves. I’m picturing doing this raglan top with that preruffled fabric (I have some in lime green that her mother, my granddaughter, loves), it will have black back and sleeves… and I’ll make a ruffled green short skirt to coordinate. I actually have enough so that my granddaughter can have a coordinating tee shirt… they love dressing similarly.

I have decided to let my Granddaughter vote again this week. She has younger ideas than Grandma has, and she loves all of the new trendy styles that Pixie Faire and Liberty Jane carries. Everyweek one of the three girls have fun choosing which one Molly, Julie or Caroline would love to wear. Thankyou again for encouraging young mothers and girls how to sew by using your patterns.
