It's 2017 - the time when we start setting new goals for the year! Maybe it's to be a better designer, learn new sewing skills, or launch a craft business selling the items you make from all the patterns available at Pixie Faire!

As far as my sewing goal, I currently have a 1940 Kenmore which I’ve had since the age of 10 but last year I had acquired an older serger plus a 1985 Singer that can zig zag etc so I need to find and commit lots of quiet time, patience and brain power to figuring out how to use and master those critters fast because they will make a terrific addition to my volunteer sewing. Meanwhile, all the sewing equipment and projects are making my kitchen look more and more like Norma Rae’s textile factory! (You know what I’m talking about ladies, I’m not alone.)
