This collection includes four dresses made by Donna of DKinley Designs, two outfits from karen of Forever 18 Inches, and one outfit from Peggy of Frog Princess Fashions! These outfits are all designed with a bit of vintage flair for the modern day doll character and were made as prototype pieces for the cover and example images featured in the doll clothes sewing patterns.

My New Years Plans include a home cooked meal with charcuterie and sparkling wine at midnight. I finished my last sewing project for 2017 today and have cut out two colonial dresses to start sewing tomorrow!
My New Years Plans include making all off the 18" doll clothes that I didn’t get to or haven’t finished. My great granddaughter will have next year under the tree or for her birthday. Loves all the things I’v made for her.
My New Years Plans include staying inside, even though I live in a mild climate. Perhaps some sewing will take place, perhaps I’ll finish painting the crib I made for my granddaughter for her Bitty Baby.

My New Years eve plans include going to a special dinner with our youngest son and his family We will celebrate our oldest daughter’s birthday even though she died 27 years ago it is still her birthday. She would have been 52. Our grandchildren and great granddaughters will stopp by tomorrow. It’s all about family

My New Years’ plans include sewing snaps and buttons on three Pixie Faire outfits, then going to bed early so I can be up and ready to go see the AG of the Year for 2018! My husband works in space so this one is really exciting for us! (She will probably try to sneak into his luggage when he attends space camp with his colleges in Washington DC in March!)

We’ve had a hard year with me beating Cancer but now having to do home infusions weekly to keep me healthy because Chemo is not your friend.

My New Years Plans include prepping some supplies for a large order of corsages for a Father/Daughter Dance the first week in Feb. I’d rather be sewing but this order (160 corsages) is too good to pass up! Happy New Year everyone!!!!!

Taking care of three of my grandchildren. We have a New Years Party every year while Mom and Dad get the night off. We go out in the front yard to ring in the new year at about 8:30. The neighbors must think we are crazy for our whooping it up at that time. Then they get bundled off to bed. My husband and I are not that long after them as they will be getting up early in the morning wanting to make pancakes. We love this tradition and can’t think of a better way to ring in the New Year.

Record breaking low temps here in Iowa.
I’ll be painting the second coat of white on my living area and hallway baseboards, And start with fireplace by sanding and painting primer. I don’t mind this kind of work, but prefer sewing. ?

Our New Years Plans are about family—we watch football (Go Seahawks!), play games, eat homemade Kettle Korn, and celebrate with Sparkling Cider at midnight. Sometimes we break out Just Dance on the Wii and wear ourselves out until the ball drops at midnight. We also love to wear ugly/crazy hats and take pictures every year to remember our fun times as a family.

It sounds boring, but being prepared for a sewing project takes the mess stress obstacle out of the way and sewing is more relaxing.
