My favorite sewing class was sewing with pleats. Before taking the class generally any pattern (except self drafted) I ran across with pleats I just gathered. But the pleating board is a game changer. I have made several now.

I’d love to take a Pixie Faire class that shows me how to fix an “oops”! You know when you get to a certain point in an outfit and you find that this is not going to work (user error!) – a fix instead of starting all over again. For example, you have cuffs that don’t completely meet around the doll’s wrist. Or maybe the back of the outfit meets but doesn’t overlap so that you can use Velcro.
MY FAVORITE PIXIE FAIRE COURSE IS Haute Couture, because it has given me the most professional finish to everything I make!

My favorite Pixie faire course is sewing with knits. I hated knits before and now im not afraid of them.
I would love a class to review the many techniques I learned in college such as trapunto, etc. I haven’t used many of those in years and need to revisit the skills.
My favorite course was Design Academy because it made me look at things differently. I was a very matchy-matchy person before that. But I have learned many new ways from all if the classes Ihave taken. They are all good.

My favorite Pixie Faire classes are Organizing for Productivity and Sewing in Bulk Quantities. I’m hoping to use what I learn from these classes to better structure my space and time to create a wardrobe for my granddaughter’s dolls, as well as creating doll clothes to sell at our church’s Christmas bazaar.

unlined pattern to a lined pattern instead of using facings. My all time favourite PixieFaire course was sewing with knits. It was a tremendous help and increased my confidence ten fold.
