Recommended Fabrics: Light weight woven fabrics like quilt cotton, cotton and shirting.
Supplies Needed:
Fabric - Bodice – 4” x 12”
Fabric – Top Ruffle and Pants Ruffle – 4.5” x 26”
Fabric – Main Color for Pants – 7” x 16”
Lining – 4” x 12” (You can use the same fabric as for the bodice)
Matching thread
4” Hook-and-loop binding (5/8” width – cut in half to get about ¼” wide)
6.5” – 1/4" or 3/8” wide Elastic for pants
Optional: 3x 1/4” Buttons for decoration
