This is a basic party dress with straps over the shoulder and a waistband. The skirt part has two layers. You can choose to do two fabric layers with the one being shorter or you can add a layer of tulle over the top.

Recommended Fabrics: Light to medium weight fabric such as quilters cotton. Optional: Light weight tulle.

- OR Tulle — 6 x 29”
- Waistband Fabric — 2 x 13”
- Lining Fabric — 3.5 x 20”
