• 1/8 yard of fabric (cotton or other lightweight fabric)
• 8 inches of 1/8 inch elastic for neck
• Optional: 3-4 inches of 1/8 inch elastic for each sleeve (long or short)
Skirt:
• 1/4 yard of fabric (cotton or other lightweight fabric)
• 8 inches of 1/4 inch elastic
