This PDF sewing pattern has been designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl® with two sizes: SMALL and LARGE.
SMALL SIZE with measuring of Waist: less than 10 ½ ".
LARGE SIZE with measuring of Waist: more than 10 ½", up to 11 ½".
Recommended Fabrics: Lightweight fabric.
Supplies Needed:
Option 1:
- 1/4 yard colored lightweight fabric;
- 3" x 20" piece of printed lightweight fabric;
- 5" (width 3/8") elastic;
- thread to match and contrasting thread;
- a piece of cardstock (or equivalent weight paper).
Option 2:
- 1/4 yard (width from 45" to 60") lightweight сotton сhambray or any lightweight fabric;
- 4" x 8" piece of quilting fabric for facing;
- 5" (width 3/8") elastic;
- thread to match and contrasting thread;
- a piece of cardstock (or equivalent weight paper).
