The ultra-feminine design has a notch neck with tie strings, gathered front and back yoke panels, gathered raglan sleeves. The Joy Blouse has snap or button fastener at the front Y-placket. This blouse will look simply beautiful layered over any trousers, skirts or shorts.

- 4'' x 5½'' piece of light-weight fusible interfacing;
- thread to match;
- 4 snap fasteners or buttons;
- a piece of cardstock (or equivalent weight paper).
