The Hooded Cloak is a truly timeless garment and this simple two-piece design is a snap to make. The fully lined cloak is cut from a full circle of cloth and tailored at the shoulders to give it a nice even drape. For a touch of elegance, apply a narrow braid along the trim pattern. It fastens at the front neckline with a ribbon just under the fully lined hood. A stunning outer garment that can be worn with outfits from any time period!

    Velvet hooded cloak

I love this pattern. It was perfect for the historical outfit I wanted to create. I used silk velvet so it was a bit tricky but I love the the results. Easy to follow directions that are illustrated nicely. Highly recommend this pattern

    Hooded Cloak

The hooded cloak pattern is very nice and was easy to piece together. This is a great pattern that is not complicated and creates a dramatic look in a variety of fabrics.
