Easter Finery 18" Doll Machine Embroidery Design Set

The Easter Finery Machine Embroidery Design Set is a combination of fourteen custom machine embroidery designs digitized specifically for the Frog Princess Fashions Easter Finery Dress sewing pattern designed to fit 18” dolls such as American Girl®.

Each of these designs are intended to have a vintage flair reminiscent of days gone by when girls wore white gloves and bonnets with their Easter dresses. The designs may work with other 18” doll dresses with similar necklines, armscyes, and skirts.
This design set includes the following fourteen designs: Small collar design, right and left in the hoop collar design, small sleeve design, right and left sleeve design, front bodice, front pinafore bodice, dress front hem, dress small front hem, pinafore small front hem, pinafore hem with placement lines, custom buttonhole, buttonhole placement design.

This Machine Embroidery Design Set is designed to be used with the Easter Finery Dress by FROG Princess Fashions. For the entire dress pattern and complete instructions for assembly, please purchase the Easter Finery dress PDF sewing pattern available exclusively through Pixie Faire. 

Design Hoops and Sizes:

• The collar requires a 5” x 7” hoop or larger; the pattern piece is cut with the lining and is stitched with a finished edge in the hoop.
• The sleeve requires a 5” x 7” hoop or larger; the pattern piece is cut and lining is stitched on top of it in the hoop.
• The front dress bodice requires an 8” x 8” hoop or larger; the pattern piece is stitched out in the hoop but not cut or lined.
• The front pinafore bodice requires an 8” x 8” hoop or larger; the pattern piece is stitched out in the hoop but not cut or lined.
• The front dress hem design requires a 6" x 10" hoop or larger and is self-placed where desired.
• The pinafore hem design fits a 4" x 4" hoop and is self-placed where desired.
• The single buttonhole fits a 4" x 4" hoop and is self-placed.
• The buttonhole placement design requires a 5”x7” hoop or larger and is placed accurately in the hoop.

Note: In a 4x4 hoop, you can embellish the center front pinafore bodice (or use the pinafore design for the center front dress bodice), the pinafore hem design (or use the pinafore hem design for the center front of the dress skirt), the dress front sleeve design (without the in the hoop feature), a collar without the in the hoop feature, and the single fancy buttonhole for a lovely embellished dress or pinafore.

• Lightweight woven wash-away stabilizer
• New, sharp size 11/12 needle
• High quality, size 40 weight machine embroidery thread to match the floral design elements

Each file format is conveniently saved in its own separate folder for easy use. You need to be able to unzip the zipped file to use it. You must have an embroidery machine and know how to transfer the file to your machine in order to use this.
