This PDF sewing pattern by QTπ Pattern Co is designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl®.
This PDF shoe pattern works with a combination of the two thicknesses of the Pixie Pack SHAPE 1 pre-cut soles (2mm: White, Black, Color 1 or Color 2 - Also 6mm: Black/White Combo, Green/ Purple, or Brown/Tan.) You will need one set of 2mm soles and one set of 6mm soles.
Supplies Needed:
- 6mm craft foam - about 4" x 4" (or SHAPE 1 pre-cut soles)
- 2mm craft foam - about 9" x 6" (or SHAPE 1 pre-cut soles)
- 2 thin hair elastics or 10" x 1/8" elastic
- 60" of 3/8" or 1/4" grosgrain ribbon
- 10" of 3/4" grosgrain ribbon
- thin box board (e.g. cereal or cracker box)
- thread (optional sewing method)
- glue gun and hot glue sticks
- 1/4" scrapbooking tape (optional but suggested)
- steam a seam (for no sew option)
- cutting mat, ruler, and X-acto knife
