Supplies Needed:
- 1/4 yard of swim fabric (spandex) or a girl swimsuit
- 54’’ of Soft Stretch Elastic ¼’’ width
- 10’’ of elastic ¼’’ width
- 24’’ of fold over elastic 5/8’’ or ¾’’ width (I will refer to it as FOE)
- Coordinating thread
- Wool needle (or tiny safety pin and eyebrow tweezers)
