The stretchy straps make dressing your doll easy, and the way the cross in the back keeps them from slipping off her shoulders no matter how active she is. Instructions are included for finishing the leg openings with a simple hem or with FOE.
This pattern is designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl®.
Recommended Fabrics: 4 way stretch - swim and dance fabrics are great for this. Gently used children's swimsuit are a great option as well.
Supplies Needed:
-1/4 yard four way stretch material - an old swimsuit works great!
-17 inches of 5/8 inch wide FOE (Fold Over Elastic)
-Ball point or stretch sewing machine needle
If you wish to finish the leg openings with FOE you will need a total of 27 inches of FOE
