A Hooded Cape with multiple closures: zipper, frogs, sew-on snaps, and plastic snaps. Fall Breeze can also be reversible when snaps are used. The hood can have a fold over and you can choose one of four options for a scarf.

Suggested Fabrics: Cotton, cotton blend, light weight wool/wool like fabrics, faux suede, baby wale corduroy, light weight sweatshirt fabrics.
Supplies Needed:
- Outer fabric: 14" x 45" wide fabric (12" x 48-58" wide)
- Lining fabric: 14" x 45" wide fabric (12" x 48-58" wide)
- Plaid Fabric: 21" x 45" wide fabric (14" x 58" wide)
- Pins
- Matching thread
- 1/4“ foot, zipper foot, regular foot. A walking foot or Teflon® foot may be helpful with faux suede
- Hand sewing needles
- Pattern weights-helpful for the plaid fabric when matching. Can be anything to hold the pattern in place.
- Sewing machine needles appropriate for the type of fabric you are using
- 3 to 4 of the closure of your choice: Frog closures, Buttons, Sew on snaps, or Plastic resin snaps and tool for attaching. These are great if you wish to make cape reversible. A 5” or 6” separating zipper can be used for the closure if desired.
