Long, sunny, summer days call for pajamas and nightgowns that are oh-so-comfy when your little sweetheart’s head finally hits the pillow.
Add her choice of lace or ruffles or bows – or all of them – to a soft knit that is cool and soothing. And for an even bigger smile goodnight, give her a matching set for her mini doll whom she likes to mother (pattern for minis sold separately).
If her choice is a girly gown, just lengthen the top and add lots of lace for nightgowns that will make her and her mini feel like little princesses.
All of these pieces stitch up easily and quickly, so she can have pajamas or nightgowns in each of her favorite colors.
Elastic straps make them easy to pull on - no hook and loop tape here. And, if you wish, you can make it all from upcycled t-shirts - like the ones you can purchase at craft stores on sale for $5 or less.

Nightgown – (2) 10” x 12” or 1/2 yd. lightweight knit fabric (cotton, poly/cotton, jersey; an upcycled t-shirt is perfect)
-(2) 4.25” (1/4”) elastic for neck front and back
-(2) 20” foldover elastic for top arms/straps
-11” foldover elastic for waist
-(2) 4.25” flat lace for neck (optional)
-(2) 9.5” flat lace for hems on bottoms (optional)
