This is a bright, happy skirt made of petals like a flower. All of the pieces are small, so it can easily be made from scraps. You might choose to make it very colorful, or all one color. It is closed in the back with two small snaps.
This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 14.5" dolls such as Wellie Wishers.
Recommended Fabrics: Cotton
Supplies Needed:
-1/4 yard cotton fabric for the petals
-1/8 yard cotton fabric for yoke
-6" x 12" piece of tear-away interfacing or stabilizer
-2 small snaps
-matching thread
-optional - 1/2 yard ribbon and a tiny buckle for the belt
NOTE: You can use scraps rather than buying new fabric.
