Your 18-inch doll will look adorable in this beautiful set from Little Miss Muffett. Inspired by the Harajuku Station Fashions, the ‘Snow Angels’ ensemble comprises a soft ‘Girlie Girl’ Skater Dress, a Fur Edged Bolero Jacket and adorable Leg Warmers.
The Dress has a lined Bodice with a Sweetheart Neckline, ‘crossed ribbon’ panel inserts and a ribbon bow at Center Front. The Fur Edged, full circular Skirt continues with the ‘crossed ribbon’ panel inserts down the front. The dress closes at Center Back with Hook & Loop Tape.
The fully lined Fur Edged Bolero Jacket sits comfortably in the waist. The Long Sleeves are slightly flared from the elbow to the cuff which allows for easy on /off.
The Fur-edged, pull-on Leg Warmers have elastic cuffs which sit just below the knee, are flared to cover shoes, and for a little extra pizazz, ribbons and buttons to finish.
This Intermediate PDF sewing pattern by Little Miss Muffett is designed to fit 18-inch soft-bodied dolls such as American Girl®.
Recommended Fabrics: Quilters’ Cotton was used for the Pale Pink Dress & Bolero Jacket and Stable Knit for the Leg Warmers; as an option, Stable Knit was used for the Pale Turquoise set; Satin and Taffeta was used to line the Bolero Jackets and Lightweight Cotton was used to line the Dress Bodices. Medium-Weight Fur was used to trim the hem edges of the Dress, the Bolero Jacket Sleeves & Neck and the hem edge of the Leg Warmers.
