The Dress has a full gathered Skirt with ruffled Tulle inserted into the lower hem while the Playsuit has Capri-length pants and piped front pockets, and for fun, an optional Big Flower with a pretty center button softens the clean lines of the piped Bodice. The Bodice is fully lined and both the Dress and Playsuit close at Center Back with Hook & Loop Tape.
