The Liberty Jane® Tokyo Libby: Snow Club Jacket PDF Pattern designed to fit 18 inch American Girl® Dolls, was featured in the Fall 2012 International Collection.
Your doll will stand out in the crowd wearing this stylish and trendy military inspired jacket. Fully functioning buttons and corded buttonholes sets this jacket apart. The peplum has an optional tulle ruffle peeking from below to add that extra special detail. The jacket is fully lined and includes princess seam detail.
We made this fully lined jacket in a faux leather. Wool, wool blends and other suitings are also great options to give you a more traditional military jacket look. The braid detail is made from 1/8” soft cord you can find at your local fabric store. A rayon or poly lining works nicely to finish the inside.

- 10 1/4" buttons
- Optional 1/8 yard tulle netting
- Sewing Machine Thread
- Hand sewing needle
Skill Level: Intermediate You will need the basic understanding of how to use a sewing machine and be familiar with sewing straight seams, sleeves, gathering, and hand sewing.
