Liberty Jane has translated this fun style into a cute doll size outfit, Harajuku Station, and now you can make this fun mini-skirt quickly and easily following our full color step by step instructions! The skirt design includes a drop waist yoke with a flat front waistband (similar to the KNC mini skirt) with an elastic back portion. The ruffle can be sewn with or without the tulle layer, providing a variety of looks!
