The flat fitted waistband provides a smooth fit under tees or a polished look with a tucked in top! The skirt has a finished length just above the knees and is finished with a snap closure at center back.
The pattern is designed to fit an 18-inch doll such as American Girl®.
Suggested fabrics: rayon challis, rayon blends, lightweight silky fabrics with soft drape, lightweight woven cotton, poly blends, and knits. Note - The pleated design works best with fabrics with a soft drape and flowing movement. If you choose a stiffer woven cotton the pleats will be more prominent.
