Doll beds, like dolls, come in all shapes and sizes. But many times, doll beds come with either no mattress, or just a single plain mattress that doesn't coordinate with your other doll bedding.
You can use this PDF pattern to quickly and easily create tailored, custom mattresses and matching pillows/pillowcases for ANY size doll bed. Begin by taking simple measurements of your bed, and then follow instructions to cut and sew a box-corner mattress in any fabric. Have more than one quilt? Make a new mattress and pillowcase for each one, usually in under an hour!
So whether you have beds for 6-1/2" mini dolls, 18" dolls such as American Girl®, 14.5" dolls such as WellieWishers™, or even 11-1/2" fashion dolls such as Barbie®, you can use this pattern to make custom mattresses for them all!
Complete the bedding set with the Buttons In Boxes scalable quilt set - coming soon to Pixie Faire! (pictures included in this listing)
