There are 2 options included for the back seam - exposed or enclosed. A lace trim option with pattern piece is also included in this PDF sewing pattern.
These slippers are confirmed to fit a variety of dolls: American Girl® Dolls and similar 18-inch dolls, Bitty Baby, Alexis™ Dollfriends® by Via-E™, Karito Kid, Kidz ‘n Cats, and Magic Attic Club/Carpatina dolls.
