This 1830s dress by Thimbles and Acorns features a crossed pleated bodice that is set in a narrow waistband. Fitted upper sleeves drop gracefully from the fashionably low shoulder lines. A full lower sleeve spills from the pleated edging of the upper sleeve and fastens at the wrist with a snapped cuff. The full skirt is pleated at the front and gathered in the back. The dress closes in the back with three buttons along the bodice and a snap at the waistband.
