The Dolly Rings Dress features an interlocking ring bodice with full puffed short sleeves. It has a waist band in a contrasting color making it look like it has a belt. The skirt is done in a simple V stitch pattern and is finished off with 32 rings around the hem of the skirt. It opens all the way down the back making for easy dressing.
